Back in January of 2009, I posted the original Gimp Tutorial: How to Retouch a Face. A recent comment on that post prompted me to re-read it…and I realized that I rarely use those methods anymore. In fact, I never use the second method I wrote about. There is another way that is simpler and faster in most instances. So, here is my How to Retouch a Face Tutorial, TAKE TWO:

Quick & Easy Homemade Coconut Milk Ice Cream

This coconut milk ice cream is definitely in the running for quickest and easiest recipe I’ve ever made. There are two total ingredients: light coconut milk and frozen 100% juice concentrate. No measuring cups needed. However, it does require the use of an ice cream maker, so I apologize to those who didn’t receive what they (mistakenly) thought was a useless wedding gift… (who? me?)
